If you have not received any emails from customercare@biohealthtechnology.com please check your spam or junk folder. If located, move the emails from this folder by dragging and dropping them into your inbox.

To ensure emails from customercare@biohealthtechnology.com always go to your inbox, please add this email address to your safe sender's list. Instructions on how to add safe senders when receiving emails are located at the bottom of this communication.

Instructions – Adding Safe Senders

• Select Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
• Select Junk E-mail.
• Select Junk E-mail Options...
• Click the Safe Sender tab.
• Click Add.
• Type in the email address you wish to add to your safe sender list.
•   Click OK.

• On the Home tab ribbon and in the Delete group, select Junk.
• From the drop-down list, select Junk E-mail Options.
• Select the Safe Sender tab.
• Click Add.
• In the Add address or domain dialog box, type the email address or domain.
•   Click OK.

** Please Google instructions for adding safe senders for other email clients you may be using (Thunderbird, Mailbird, etc).
