Why did I get more than 1 shipping confirmation email?


You order may consist of items coming from Multiple locations/ suppliers and therefore will come in multiple shipments (packages/boxes).  'Your Order has Shipped' email is sent every time an item in your order is shipped and assigned a tracking number.  Depending on the specifics of your order, this could result in 2 or more 'Your Order has Shipped' emails.


You will know by looking at the tracking numbers assigned to each item.


Only items showing a tracking number have been shipped at that time.  If an Item is not showing a tracking number in your email, you should expect a later email coming to you with a separate tracking number for that (those) items separately.


You will know all the items in your order have been shipped, when the 'Your Order has Shipped' email has a tracking number assigned to each item.
