As a reseller, the options to modify your URL in our system are below:
OPTION 1: FORWARDING YOUR URL
Go to your domain provider (example GoDaddy) then forward your domain to your new eStore link as stated in your welcome email. The cost for this option is $0. (Do not select the masking option as this is a simple forwarding of your URL and masking will not work).
OPTION 2: MASKING YOUR URL
Total masking solution using your own domain. This is a more extensive implementation, requiring hours of work to mask the platform URL to accept your personal URL. The one-time cost is $250 and a monthly cost of $15 per month thereafter. To request this option, please email support email on your welcome email.
OPTION 3: SUB-DOMAIN FOR YOUR URL
The third solution allows you to add your name or any other name as a sub-domain to the domain name of sponsored organization. The welcome email states the domain name being used. An example of this solution is: https://natalie.domainname.com/store/2345. Instructions on the steps to set up this option are contained in the HELP section of your eStore management portal. The one-time cost is $100 and a monthly cost of $10 per month thereafter. To request this option, please email support email on your welcome email.
OPTION 4: ENTRY POINT TO YOUR SITE URL
The forth solution allows you to add your name or any other name at the end in place of the store number being assigned. Although the name assigned will change the internal store number of our software, this provides the ability to give a personal name to identify to a store with your name. Instructions on the steps to set up this option are contained in the HELP section of your eStore management portal. Example https://www.domainname.com/store/natalie . The cost for this option is $0.
